The problem
Every hiring system asks the same things in a different form. Doing it by hand takes 20 minutes an application.
What we built
- A search step that scores openings against a profile before anything is sent.
- A form filler that reads each page like a person, answers from an approved answer bank, and refuses to guess.
- A ledger of every answer sent, plus a daily report of what failed and why.
Privacy
Personal answers live in one approved bank. The agent can only say what that bank allows.
What it taught us
The same pattern runs supplier onboarding, insurance claims, grant applications and any portal your team re-types into.
